the lowdown:
Having a successful podcast is dependent on the strategy machine behind it. That’s why The Podcast Man is teaming up with an industry leader who focuses solely on podcast and content strategy to analyze your podcast plan where it’s at now and give you action items you can start implementing right away to continue your podcast’s growth and ultimately your podcast’s purpose in aiding your overall business goals.
The highlight here is that Zack will combine his knowledge of your podcast with his colleague’s strategy prowess to provide recommendations specific to your podcast and biz!
how it works:
The Podcast Man will first supply an aggregate report of your stats and analytics including deeper stats such as listener retention rate, listener demographics, and more.***
Then comes the really good part. You, your team members (if applicable), The Podcast Man and our podcast strategist will hop on a power-hour virtual call. We’ll look at your unique podcasting and business journey along with any questions you’re having along the way and have a deep brainstorming session that you’ll glean many gold nuggets from.
Finally, we’ll provide you with a recording of the chat along with key takeaways (AKA, you’re “homework”)
This is the only add-on offered à la carte. The suggested frequency is 2-4 times per year (during launch and then quarterly is preferred) and pricing will be going up to $600 per session soon!
*** The aggregate stats report is not provided in pre-launch or recent launch since there aren’t yet stats to report on. Instead extra focus will be placed on launch strategy.
